Discover our 150 m² cottage capable of accommodating 10 people, ideal for family holidays or stays with friends around the passion of nature, the sea and hiking.
The Atlantic cottage is the largest of our 5 cottages and has its own private jacuzzi.
Renting a cottage for 10 people with jacuzzi in Brittany
Our cottage is extremely well equipped, you will not lack anything during your stay!
On the ground floor, the accommodation offers a parent’s bedroom containing a double bed of 160 x 200 cm with a private shower room and a dressing room. The WC is separate.
The large living room opens onto the fully equipped kitchen with a double sink, cooking utensils, a gas and electric hob, a fridge, a microwave oven, a freezer and a dishwasher.
For your breakfasts you can use the coffee machine or the Nespresso capsule machine as well as the toaster and kettle. You can dine at a table with 12 chairs.
In the living room you will find a cosy wood-burning stove to warm up your winter evenings and a baby-foot to play some tournaments. You can relax in the evening on the sofa or armchairs while watching TV or listening to music. There are also games available for those rainy days.
The laundry room is equipped to make your stay easier: a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and its table.
If you do not wish to take the cleaning package, a hoover and a broom are available.
4-bedroom cottage: large, comfortable rental
In addition to the master suite on the ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms upstairs ready for you to stay.
- The first is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm bed.
- In the second, 3 sleeping arrangements are available with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a 90 x 200 cm bed.
- Finally, the third also has two beds (1 bed 160 x 200 cm and 1 bed 90 x 200 cm) but also a private shower room. The toilets are also separate.
A baby equipment can be made available on request.
It includes a cot, a high chair, a changing mat, a baby bath as well as a potty.
Group cottage by the sea : Services for your stay
The 3 rivers Domain makes every effort to offer you facilities to relax and enjoy throughout your stay. Your cottage is situated on a large estate including 4 other rentals. We have an enclosed garden of approximately one hectare.
By staying at the cottage L’Atlantique you will be able to enjoy an enclosed courtyard, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for your summer evenings. Everything is provided to relax you with the jacuzzi which can accommodate several people.
You can also take advantage of the covered and heated swimming pool of the domain from April (Easter) to November (All Saints).
Opening hours :
- from 10am to 7pm out of season
- from 10am to 8pm in July and August
You can also enjoy yourself in a covered shelter with games (table tennis, etc.).
Services, options and terms of your booking
We offer free or optional services depending on your needs.
- Linen is provided: tea towel and hand towel.
- You will have Wi-Fi internet for free.
- Utilities are included in the cottage rates.
- In winter, we provide you with your first wooden basket (value 10€).
- The housekeeping package can be subscribed for 130€. This does not exempt the tidying up of the cottage and a brief cleaning before the keys are returned at the end of the stay.
- Bed linen not included : Bed linen rental and beds made on arrival : 10€ per bed.
- If you don’t have any towels, they can be provided for your stay: Fixed price of 6€ per person.
Please provide 2 cheques for the deposit: 1 cheque of 800€ for the cottage and 1 cheque of 130€ for the cleaning deposit (if option not subscribed).
